it’s overwhelming when you take a look at life, and know that you want change, but don’t know where to begin. together we will go back to the basics to build a strong foundation so that no matter what, you have roots to come back to when life gets overwhelming. no journey is ever linear and our needs are always changing. it’s key to stay open-minded and patient with yourself as you ride the waves.
my coaching is bio-individual and multi-dimensional. this means that each individual deserves a unique approach to their health in order to feel their individual best. i work with my clients to bring balance into their lives by assessing things beyond food such as daily routine, stressors, movement, food relationships, social relationships, and self-love.
there is no one-size-fits-all approach to health and wellness. your medicine could be someone else’s poison. together we will get to the root of what could be holding you back, and create a wellness vision in a way that’s realistic and sustainable.

are sessions held in-person or online?
if you are in the Indianapolis area sessions can be held in person. we can discuss a location that works for you. sessions are also available virtually.
are there payment plans available?
yes. payment plans may be organized between coach & client at the time of enrollment.
what can I expect from your program?
each program will be unique based on the client’s need and goals at that time. after the first session, a wellness vision/plan will be created between the coach and client where we will zero in on goals and create sustainable and realistic action steps to achieve each goal. the client will also receive personalized email support between sessions, handouts, accountability, inspiration, and more.
are you a nutritionist or doctor?
i am not. it is not within my scope of practice to prescribe or assess specific meal plans, provide healthcare, medical or nutritional therapy services; or diagnose, treat, or cure any disease or condition. i am a guide and mentor who’s been trained in health coaching and behavior to help my clients reach their own health goals by helping clients implement positive, sustainable lifestyle changes. i am also a certified yoga teacher and have experience with holding space for somatic practices. i am more than happy to work alongside any practitioners that you are already working with to help you clarify any advice given.
