a bit about me…
my passion for holistic health, yoga, and spirituality is how I’ve found my purpose. health IS self-care. my health coaching journey was born out of feeling guided to coach people who don’t know where to begin and take preventative action toward their health and wellness, find peace, meaning, and community in their lives.
why honey & cinnamon?
well, it’s my favorite coffee order! café miele :) I find myself adding both honey and cinnamon to so many things that I consume. both ingredients bring a cozy feel and provide great benefits to the body. this cozy feel just felt right when deciding a name for my brand. an invitation to move slow and nourish life.
with honey and cinnamon… my way of saying, “with love”
it was around the end of 2017 when I began my yoga practice and that is what planted the seeds of my love for health and wellness. the practice of yoga teaches us to connect with our mind, body, and spirit. through this connection, I grew more and more aware of how I was treating my body inside and out. since my yoga journey began, I’ve loved sharing what I was learning about yoga, health, and wellness with my friends and family. i am a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. i also have my 200hr Yoga Teacher Certification through YogaRenew.
my studies as a yoga student and health coach has shown me that through connecting with your mind, body, breath, and spirit, our intuition becomes stronger and you have all the tools you needs to access the healthiest and happiest version of yourself.
we are all unique and need a unique approach to meet the ever-changing needs within us. there is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to health. what works for one person could be someone else’s poison. my role as a health coach is to provide the deepest level of support, accountability, and space for my clients to show up exactly as you are, to find what works you in your body.
